Enslaved Updated

I've re-edited Enslaved and the new version has been uploaded to Amazon and all other retailers. Lots of corrections! :(

To update your Kindle version, go to your account and "Manage Your Content and Devices." Under "My content", there will be a button next to Enslaved to update it.
